How do I prepare for my first appointment?

Come with a clean face if possible, and avoid blood thinners (aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil) for 24–48 hours before injectables. Most importantly, come with your questions — we love a thorough conversation.

How long does Botox last?

Results typically last 3–4 months, though this varies by individual, treatment area, and dosage. With regular treatments, many clients find their results last longer over time.

Will Botox make me look frozen?
